Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Your trust matters here. This policy explains what information this site collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

Newsletter signup. If you join the newsletter, we collect your email address. That’s it — no name required, no tracking pixels attached to the form.

Bookings. Session and consultation bookings happen through Calendly, which collects the details you provide there (name, email, and anything you share in the booking notes). Calendly’s own privacy policy governs that data.

Technical basics. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability. We don’t use these to identify you.

How we use it

Your email address is used to send the newsletter — dispatches from the cloud forest, roughly once a moon. Nothing else. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone.

Who processes it

Newsletter emails are managed through ActiveCampaign. Bookings run through Calendly. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Your choices

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you’re out, no questions asked. You can also email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the “last updated” date above will change with it. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
